We limit the number of searches that we accept, ensuring that the client is our constant focus. By leveraging our distinctive blend of executive search experience across high-end agencies and in-house corporate recruiting, we understand and appreciate firsthand our clients’ challenges and the complexities of their searches. Each search is handled exclusively by the Partner, allowing for fast, efficient execution and access to only the most qualified candidates.
DELIVERING HIGH-TOUCH CLIENT SERVICE
As Founding Partner and CEO of Greco Group, Mike’s current client work focuses on retained executive searches across multiple functional areas and industries, with a specialty focus on the finance function.
Before founding Greco Group, Mike was responsible for executive recruiting at United Airlines. He led executive searches across all areas of the company including critical replacement searches, succession searches and DE&I-focused executive recruiting initiatives.
Prior to United, Mike served as Vice President and Principal at Slayton Search Partners, executing searches in the manufacturing industry for clients ranging from private equity portfolio companies to public corporations.
Earlier in his career, Mike spent five years with Crist|Kolder Associates, a leading boutique executive search firm specializing in CFO searches for public, privately held, and private equity owned companies. Additionally, Mike worked on Board of Director searches for some of the firm’s largest clients.
Mike earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from DePaul University.
